Ton is the creator, founder, and owner of Interhouse Netherlands. Over 25 years ago, he began shaping his vision for real estate. He started the still-successful Interhouse rental agents in Sassenheim, facilitating thousands of rental transactions. Because his approach was well-received, it led to the expansion of services, giving birth to Interhouse property management—a specialized formula dedicated to efficient rental property management.
Driven by growth ambitions, the successful formulas were made available to other motivated franchise entrepreneurs, resulting in the creation of Interhouse Netherlands. Over the years, the number of branches increased, and specialist real estate agent formulas emerged. Both Interhouse sales agents and Interhouse buying agents are operational with several branches across the country. The focus is on further expansion to extend the vast Interhouse network. Ton is responsible for Interhouse’s vision and direction, continuously striving to connect with numerous relationships and stay at the forefront of top-tier knowledge and service delivery.
