Terrible, unprofessional and the worst you can imagine as a letting company. If I could give the review a negative rating, I would choose -10. Think 100 times before renting from them. First, they draw up the contract and then on the day of the key handover, they inform you that another estate agent is managing the property and that they are no longer responsible for the house. The supposed new estate agent/manager never answers phone calls or emails, but in terms of money, I made a deposit to Interhouse and they come up with the story that the new estate agent/manager has the money.
