I felt my interests as a tenant were absolutely neglected, while the interests of the owner were certainly met. Amongst other things, the main issue was the handling of a full reconstruction work above us that continued 7 months starting at the start of our 9 month contract with 9 month cancellation period. The way our complaints were constantly not taken seriously just made us feel powerless and used on a daily basis living with dirt and noise shrinking our quality of living to a minimum and causing us unnecessary stress that really affected our lives negatively. The communication was quick, however, the decisions were always made in their own or landlords interest, not really making an effort to make sure we had a good experience in our temporary home.
