I have rented out my house satisfactorily via Interhouse Breda for the past 5 years. In the spring, I had reasons to take my house out of the rental. They also assisted quickly and effectively in this matter. Thank you, Interhouse!

We are very satisfied with the service of Interhouse! We had a great contact person, Sarinah, which ensured clear communication. We also always received quick and detailed responses to all our questions. The apartment itself was delivered clean and tidy, and we are still happy with this choice!

We contacted Interhouse to enquire about about management services for a house which was tenanted when ownership was transferred. While management was not possible due to the kind of tenants in the house -indeed the worst you can imagine- Vincent was most kind in providing advice and services on an ad hoc basis over a period of nearly two years. As we both live overseas, this was incredibly helpful and efficient. Thank you Vicent, Michiel and Nathalie. We are most grateful for your help and support during this challenging phase. All the best from us both.

I would not do business with this party. The rental contract expired on 31 July and I still haven't got my deposit back. Responsibility appears to lie with the landlord, who is getting away with it because the general terms and conditions appear to differ from the contract. In addition, it was promised that the landlord intended to let the property for many years, but this soon turned out to be legally impossible. Do not do business with them.

letting and selling properties in Duin- en Bollenstreek

A letting agent can lead to many advantages. They know the local market, which means they can help determine a realistic and competitive rent price, so your property will be rented out quickly and without undervaluing. Agents will also perform screenings, so there is less risk of back payments or problems. All the work, from advertising to handover of the keys, would be taken out of your hands. This is especially important if you aren't experienced in letting. But most importantly, a letting agent is up to date on legislation and regulations, including local regulations and can help avoid any trouble.

If you are considering letting your property, there are several risks you need to take into account. For example, there may be regulations regarding purchase protection and energy requirements. In addition, the municipality can enforce rules on violations of the zoning plan, fire safety, parking standards, permit requirements, etc. Mistakes in these areas can lead to fines or mandatory adjustments. It is important to be aware of these risks and to act proactively to minimize them.

How much tax you'll be paying for letting your property in Lisse depends on your situation: whether it's your own home or a second property; whether you'll be letting temporarily or permanently; the costs of maintenance; the rental income, etc. It's a good idea to reach out to a tax advisor for a detailed calculation of the taxes you'd owe before letting out a property in Lisse.
