Dont know why it doesnt have 5 stars. This is for sure the best broker you can find. Friendly and helpful. Market is difficult for tenants as every offer is gone almost just after announcing, so most brokers dont care about expats – but not these ones! I was impressed how neutral they are. Not only landlord is important for them, but tenant as well.
Obviously their role ends after signing the contract, but they are giving tools (like photo of every single broken thing at the beginning of rental period) so you can deal with landlord yourself afterwards.
