What an incredibly bad experience with this estate agency! First they make empty promises and give you hope, only to let you down hard with the most ridiculous excuses. Our combined income of €8,000 per month was supposedly not enough security for a property costing €2,000 per month? Who do they think they’re dealing with? This clearly feels like a lame excuse to reject us, even though they were initially very enthusiastic about signing us up.
On top of that, the staff are downright arrogant and disrespectful (Naomi Wallet ). They are young girls who vastly overestimate themselves and clearly have no idea how to treat people with respect. From the outset, their attitude was unprofessional and condescending, as if they were better than their customers. The whole process was a waste of our time and energy.
I strongly advise everyone not to work with this estate agency. They are dishonest, untrustworthy and show no respect for their customers. Please find another estate agent who understands what professionalism means.
