‼️ AVOID INTERHAUS AT ALL COSTS! ‼️
I want to warn everyone about renting through Interhaus. My experience with them has been an absolute nightmare.
I moved out of a property in Hilversum, Simon Stevinweg 44. After waiting a month for my deposit (which was nearly €2000), the landlord suddenly came up with some ridiculous additional costs. Without any explanation or proof, I was charged for some tax and lock replacement.
To this day, I have not received any invoices or documentation justifying these “costs,” yet €500 was deducted from my deposit! I only received €1500, even though I left the apartment in perfect condition.
This kind of behavior from the landlord, along with the complete lack of support from Interhaus, is unacceptable. If you value your money, time, and peace of mind – STAY AWAY FROM INTERHAUS!
