I would not do business with this party. The rental contract expired on 31 July and I still haven’t got my deposit back. Responsibility appears to lie with the landlord, who is getting away with it because the general terms and conditions appear to differ from the contract. In addition, it was promised that the landlord intended to let the property for many years, but this soon turned out to be legally impossible. Do not do business with them.
