What unprofessional behaviour from Nicky, whom I spoke to on the phone. I called because we had an appointment to view the property and there was no one there. I then called to ask if anyone was still coming. This is the answer I got: ‘Yes, my colleague called everyone to cancel the appointment due to weather conditions.’ I then pointed out that we hadn’t heard anything from them and that it would have been helpful if they had at least sent an email. Nicky’s response was: ‘Well, you could have answered the phone or called back.’ I certainly don’t call this customer service, and I think it’s a shame that you treat potential customers this way; it’s not a good business strategy.
