Stay away, it’s a money-looting Scam. The worst real estate experience in the NL. After signing a 10-month contract, I had to leave NL because of a family emergency. I have paid a deposit of 2000 Euros and 1475 Euros for rent. They initially said I won’t get my rent back but I would get the deposit for sure. I told them to take the monthly rent which I paid even though I hadn’t stayed there. Now the 7th month passed, and they don’t even reply to my emails nor have I received my deposit. When I approached the house owner, he conveyed to me that Inter-house ( Martijn and Nick ) instructed him to hold the deposit of 2000 euros. Shame on you Interhouse for your cheating uncouth behavior. When you understood I left NL, you ate all the hard-earned money from me by giving me a fake friendly smile initially. I trusted all your words and written contracts but never expected this shocking behavior from you. My lawyer will be behind you.
