First of all, one has to say that the employees are quite unqualified. When there were some issues or ambiguities, we had to call multiple times. The information we got was also different each time.
Moreover, they do not keep their word. They lost relevant documents and made us pay a high fine.
Those are only some examples, so we want to make sure the same does not happen to you. Therefore, we would strongly urge you to avoid renting a place with Interhouse.
