AVOID this company at all cost! If you ask them questions in regard to their terms and conditions, they no longer want to do business with you. Their terms are legally questionable, and would put both homeowner and renter at jeopardy! Their added value to home owners is zero, their cost is ridiculously high, and they don’t accept any responsibility. They just want to take your money as quickly as possible without doing any work.
