Through rental websites, we (my girlfriend and I) have searched for houses, and at the two we visited, we were assisted by Interhouse Sassenheim. We were very well spoken to during the viewings, as well as after the completion of whether we were chosen.
When we were chosen to rent a house, we were also kept well informed via email and phone of what was required of us.
The contract was clearly drawn up, and what caught my attention was that the intention of the landlord was also stated in the contract. This was a pleasant surprise for me.
One thing that could still be improved, in my opinion, is the signing of the contract. In my view, this should also be possible with a fully digital signature. Of course, this is something that requires digital knowledge and legal coverage.
