Money grabbing mafia, I was renting a property with them in Utrecht. They have been charging excess rent, thanks to the government for enforcing rent control norms, but these scammers are still charging excess rent. And forget the deposit you paid them, they leached 80% of my deposit stating cleaning and other fraudulent charges during moveout. Their main target is expats, total discriminatory, many of my friends suffered the same fate. I have reported them to the authorities.

Interhouse I read your response, its funny how you can lie straight on the face. The property was delivered to me during move-in without any cleaning. The heating system was broken(middle of peek winter), the boiler was leaking water all over the kitchen, only one set of keys were provided, there were nails and trash all over the apartment and storage with broken beer bottles all over the place. When asked you said the owner recently bought the property and the contractor assigned did not do a proper job. I did all the cleaning myself. I have documented the proof of every single conversation with pictures and video. But still I did professional cleaning during move-out and as expected you use your magic phrase “Its not cleaned good enough” And the other fraudulent charges you cook up with, if this is how you make your paycheck looting hard earned money of innocent tenants Good Luck!
